Being a new self-published author is exciting, rewarding, and hard work. My heart ships a beat every time my book is read and someone tells me just how much they loved it. I sold my book to hand full of receptionist at my doctors office, and when I went back for my next visit, I was greeted with a standing ovation from all of them, I loved it, it made my heart melt.
